Dell Mini 10v, Compaq Mini??

Dell has a dell on the Mini 10v right now and I'm thinking of getting one. Anyone have one?

I'm thinking of getting it to use as a Netflix box (stream to my TV using HDMI) and portable lappy. Possibly a Xmas gift for my brother.

Hmmm. Just saw a Compaq mini that looks quite a bit like the HP mini for only $180. Similar specs to the Dell/HP too.

Might have to make a quick stop on the way home.

I'm also sort of interested in turning it into a hackintosh or ChromeOS machine. But probably just an Ubuntu play toy.

Did you ever decide between the Dell & Compaq?

If so, which one did you go for and how is it?
