Battle of the Free Spyware Protection
« on: February 20, 2009, 09:26:42 AM »
Spybot is pissing me the fuck off. Right now im running AVG 8 for AV (dont bother, the others annoy me) and Spybot S&D for spyware. But lately SB has been crashing and not updating, and something got passed it because now my AVG wont update either, even though the internet is fine and everything else works.

So something hit me, and AVG is now kicking errors in IE so i need something to get this shit off here.

God dammit i hate windows.
hey ethic if you and i were both courting lily allen..... oh wait, which one of us has a relationship that lasted more than the bus ride home?

MalwareBytes might help ya.

I have not used SuperAntiSpyware but have heard very good things about it.

"SuperAntiSpyware" sounds like something i would ignore or see on a popup. My paranoia says most AS software has spyware packaged in it.....i will look at those though, thanks.

Both are exceptionally popular downloads on File Hippo.  Along with utilities like CCLeaner.
