I started using
www.endomondo.com
on my phone to track some of my workouts. They just added weight training and other things like basketball. Pretty neat. I'll start using it all the time now to have a nice history.

Heh, my workouts are tracked with a notebook and pen. Really old school but it really does work well. Except my walks, I have an iphone app for that.
