I'm appalled when I go to poorly done pages.  For example Funcom sent me (and probably every other player) a link to a survey about Age of Conan.  So standard survey has radio/check inputs along with text inputs.  The idiot who did the page didn't use <label> for any of the inputs which made it a lot hard to fill the form out.  I gave up after a few questions because I'm so used to just clicking the text and having it select the input that the form was basically unusable.

I really wish there was some type of licensing needed for professional web writing.
