Side affect of stopping soda consumption.  Feel pretty good today and was able to keep the really bad headaches at bay by drinking plenty of water, hitting the aleve, and drinking some tea.

Because we hate ourselves?  BTW, make sure you are replacing the fluids you were drinking with water.  I remember from before that if I didn't they were sooooo much worse (caffeine withdrawal + dehydration headache = please kill me)

Meh every couple of months I go a week with little or no caffeine.  No big deal.  I miss it, but I get along okay.

So far so good this week. No soda and no fast food.  Got really tempted yesterday but fought it off. Next week will be focus on portion size.

Ended up making chicken soup (kinda, no rice) to use up all the freezer burnt chicken I had. So now I'll be more likely to stock portions and eat them

Two weeks with no soda, no fast food, no candy.  Though my ice cream intake did increase so that probably washed out the last part.
