How big is yours?

Your harddrive that is (or combined storage). I just bought myself a 300Gig harddrive for my recording PC bringing the total in the machine to 420. I've almost got a half a terabyte of space to fill with worthless information. I figure that should last me for a couple years.

I'm going to be converting a lot of records into CD pretty soon here so I needed some extra space and I thought I'd get a good amount of it just for kicks. I think that puts me slightly above average. ;)

I only have an 80GB drive :(, although Im planning on putting in a 40GB drive (some for linux), so that will put me over 100GBs.

40GB + 4GB mp3 player and uh, 512MB memory card for my camera. That puts me at a huge 44.5 GB.

2 x 120GB SATA drives.  That puts me at 240GB if you only count my PC.  I also have a Server with 15GB, my wife's computer with another 60GB, and you could also count the Tivo (40Gb)... which holds various information at various times, plus my 1Gb pen drive.

356 Gb, I guess.

i have a 200GB maxtor for my music and a 80G primary. BUT, i still have the old server with my terabyte drive in it, but im pretty sure the drive died and i havent messed with it in a long time.

And then the home shared computer has 120 gb, and my 20 gig ipod if you wanna count that.

Laptop - 60 gig
Old desktop waiting to be restored - 25 gig
External HD - 160 gig....

This summer though, I'm gonna pick up a coupld 100 gig drives and turn that old desktop into a DVR...

My Electronics lecturer was telling me how excited he was when the 1MHz processor was released. He sounded like he was my age again and started dancing around the room... it was pretty graphic.

I have 2x250gigs in my home PC - Half a fricken terabyte.

I used to work on hard drives when I started work that were the size of the average fridge freezer, with platters 20 inches across. Capacity? 9Mb.
