Got it today.  Installed it tonight.  Weird thing: on the reboot for both the removal of the existing driver and the install for the new one, my computer hung during the shutdown process and I had to do a force shutdown.  Everything seems to be ok though.  Still a little laggy on High with Bad Company 2 but much better than my old card.

I don't notice any noise difference between this card and the previous one.

OH, and sidenote, the video was locked up on the old card when I came into my office to replace it.

Glad to hear it worked out.

My machine is finished.  Hang ups galore originally.  Pulled it down and rebuilt looking for issues.  Never found anything obvious.  Works like a champ.
