I really think this first week might kill me. Finally got my perfect pull-up installed too, it's been sitting in the box for a while.
My biggest hurdle is cutting my portions and not eating till i feel full. I love food, and it's so good. Though i do it several times a day like it suggests, and not large portions. For example today i had oatmeal for breakfast, a burger for lunch (no cheese or grease), a granola bar at one point, and for dinner was home made sitrfry chicken (chicken, onion, green pepper) with mashed potatoes and mac n cheese. Probably ate more then i should have at dinner.
And I only drink water. Sometimes vitamin water cause i like flavor once in a while, but always water.
