Figured I'd start a new thread.

Currently the draft is set to 8/28 at 9:30PM EST.  Any objections?

And does anyone else want to be commish?

Oh... and everybody should make sure to set their keepers before the draft.

I'd do it - but I'm leaving for vacation tomorrow - and I think the draft is scheduled for sometime when I'm gone :dunno: not sure what kind of chances I'll have without participating in the draft. If there is no one else thought, I'll take his spot.

Yeah, but there might be a deadline that fleaflicker cuts off and doesn't let you keep them anymore and they go back in the draft pool so be careful about waiting. I'd set keepers now and then go back later and change them if you want to think about it some more.

Plus it's nice for us to know who you're going to keep ahead of time to plan our draft. Not that I ever actually plan a draft, but you know, if I did.

I'm sure this is the case but I'll ask it anyways, I'm guessing the new players simply get two extra draft rounds before the rest of us keepers get to pick right? 

Ya know, it also might make sense for some of us to only keep one player and take a chance on an extra round.

I was expecting axon to just take over soccer_mom's team. I'm not sure we have any other new players.

I thought about keeping only one player, but unless you don't have any stars I'm not sure it makes sense.

Actually it looks like fleaflicker takes away picks at the end of the draft instead of in the first couple rounds. I think it makes more sense the other way, but I'm not sure if it is customizable.

Ouch that sucks.  I thought we had more open spots but I guess not.  My brother was interested but he can stick to the non keeper league.

It's up to everybody else. I'm not sure we want an odd number, but if another person joins then maybe we could have a ten team league. In that case I'd say the new peeps just get two extra rounds at the end.

Its likely he won't join if the picks are at the end, so if thats the case we can just stay at our current size unless anyone else really wants to join.
