I have a Gateway 7844u (M Series) laptop. The battery won't last more than about 30-45 min. Where do you guys go for laptop batteries? Is there a good place to get them from?

Work buys them from the manufacturer. Beware exploding batteries. Not kidding.

Yea cheapies explode a lot. Personally i have never had to replace one though, sorry

I bought a generic for my dell back in the day, didn't have any problems. I can't remember if I bought generic for my MBP though...
