Topic: PCB creation and population

Probably directed more at Rob but...

Anyone know of a place that'll create a PCB and solder the components?  My solder skills suck at anything but thru-hole and for some of the components like the micro-controller I wouldn't even be able to do that.

Not sure about soldering, cos I usually do my own.
