Java runtime problem
« on: May 02, 2005, 08:57:03 AM »
I cannot install the Java plugin for my browsers (IE and FireFox).

When I try to load a page containing a Java applet, a message "Java runtime environment couldnät be loaded from ". Then the brower crashes. I've uninstalled every Java product I can think of, I've tried JSE 5.0 and 1.4.2.

I really want to be able to run applets -- what should I do? :(

OK... I'm confused but happy. I've tried to make the JRE work for a long time today. Then one minute after I make the post here it works!
