You know i googled that shit, which means google did not correct me and the internet is full of retards that made it look correct. I googled it because i tried a few spellings and Chrome had no suggestion for the correct spelling at all.

Yet again my spell check is useless.

Really the FDA cares that you are labeling the ingredients correctly and not saying that item is for something it isn't.  The bases of the suit is more like "oh this product is super healthy" but when you compare it against a chocolate bar it is just as bad.

The gym did their weekly food blog where it took a look at a single serving yogurt container.  1 serving with 140 calories, 5g of fat, 90mg of sodium, and 25g of sugar.  But it is healthy because it is "99% fat free".  That is the type of labeling and advertising that suits like these are about.
