Topic: BioShock stupid hard

GRRRRRRRRRR... I hate these big daddies... they fucking suck.  I've played the same spot probably 6 times now and it's just pissing me off!

Are you on nightmare hard or something?  I had very good luck owning them.  I basically set them against each other if possible to weaken them.  Otherwise I used the shit out of the grenade launcher, electric gel, and most of all, obstacles and stair cases.

I never once had a Far Cry "stupid hard" moment in Bioshock.  I had trouble with the occasional objective but not any stupid hard parts.

I gave up on bio shock like an hr into it on the easiest setting. Loved the visuals though!

I'm on the mid-level in terms of difficulty.  I'm not sure how you can put them against each other.  I've never run into more than one so far and there has only been 2 times where there are other people fighting it as well.  I end up wasting nearly all of my ammo and almost all of my health each time I fight one of these cocksuckers.

Another thing... which is better: harvesting the little bitches or saving them?  I saved the first one but harvested the next 2.

There are two endings.

Harvesting ending is awful.

Saving ending is awesome.

Sick harvesting fuck.

Back it down to the easier level.  I bumped up one time through and fuuuuuck that.

And damn does this fucking game scare the shit out of you at times.

I haven't been scared by a game since Resident Evil Directors Cut on PS1. Everytime those dogs jumped through the window in the hall I about pissed myself.

That game was awful in that way... the only other game that has truly given me the willies is FEAR.  And I never finished that game.

Never played that one. RE: DC was bad in a lot of places but something about that part never got any less shocking.

One that didn't scare me but always kept me completely on edge was/is silent hill
