I'm not a huge fan, but that being said, its more fun and addictive than it looks.

kind of like tetris, it seems simple yet requires complete focus.  Its funny because I can play a "complicated' FPS game with 9 buttons/triggers and two thumb-sticks and yet still carry on a conversation with other people in the room, but pressing 5 color-coded buttons to music seems to take total concentration and drive me frustratingly mad :)

It's especially fun when you know the song well, and you actually feel like you're playing it instead of just mashing buttons.  I really like the B:RB mostly because I've heard most of the songs on it hundreds of times and can nail even the hard vocal stuff pretty easily because of it.

Yes.

I've played with other peoples' wiis before but it is only really ever fun if I know what I'm doing and not just following along.
