[mexican]milanesa, think of chicken fried steak with a thin steak, w/out any gravy or any of that other junk as the breading is usually seasoned.
usually served w/spanish rice, beans (bleh, i skip the beans and go for an extra portion of rice) and some form of pan fired potato rounds.
