NICE!  I haven't done this in forever...but my run times are getting better and better...this whole gym in my building thing is awesome.  Have you started doing the routine again?
The pushup routine? No. My goals are not really related to doing as many pushups I can do.

Focusing more on barbell movements, pullups, and (at some point after my legs don't feel like they're going to die) running this year. Maybe cycling too. I'm supposed to sign up for the 5 Boro Bike Tour this afternoon.

I use fitocracy a lot more now.

We are doing week 4 over again.... after doing week three a few times.  Keep getting sick.

Plus it's hard!  I've just started a plan to get me to a sub 50 10k.  I might do this or the situpson my off days.

I didn't keep it going.  Week 3 or 4 needs to start again next week.  I have a pain specialist meeting tomorrow.  I am all screwed up in general.  (back and leg)  Probably start physical therapy Tue/Thur next week for four weeks.

So, my daughter got into some poison oak and apparently gave me a hug when she got home or something, because I have poison oak now, too. Yay.

What does that have to do with this dormant thread? Well, the cure for poison oak is steroids. And while I know govtcheez doesn't consider pushups to be a muscle building exercise, that's what I've decided to do to take advantage of the extra testosterone in my system.

I might also go kill a deer with my bare hands later.

Where's your numbers?? :p

Normally my second day back after a long layoff is really hard. I was able to do the full workout this time with a good finish, though. Must be the 'roids. ;)
