Need some help!

I have a number of pictures taken from a laptop that was in the process of dying.
Now, they open, but are blank.
Can anyone offer any help? I would certainly appreciate it!
I have attached a sample for you to check out and test.

Yeah... definately blank. It's not even reporting a size.
Not sure what your options are, maybe someone else can help.
