have been marinating bone-in pork chops in salt, herbs, beer and apple juice since friday night. Grillin on high heat today; corn too. woo!

Sounds like a pretty good marinade. What herbs and beer did you go with?

I got a mix of herbs I always use. As for the beer I used this polish beer called perla...but it really doesn't matter. Bubbles is what matters. Beer helps tenderize the meat.

I know why you used it, just wasnt sure if you used a stronger kind of beer to impart flavor on the meat also.
