Whaaaaaaaaaat? I'm way more street than Cheez is.

I like it some. Reminds me of Crucial Conflict or Do or
Die.

That song kicks so much ass. I had that CD. I
bought it the same summer Independence Day was
in theaters.

Aren't you from Chi Town like CC is from Chi town?
They sorta put your city on the map, rap-wise.

Oh,neat; it looks like Do or Die are also from Chi
Town. I didn't like Do or Die too much 'cause they
dissed Bone Thugs N Harmony who were my favorite
group while I was a teenager. Even though this is
a pretty bad-a song

yes, I am from Chicago. When I was on the 7th/8th grade basketball team we played that Hay song before our games :D

I wouldn't say these guys put Chicago on the map. That CD did OK at best...I don't think their subsequent releases had many listeners.

The reason Do -or-die and Bone had beef was because each group claimed they originated that delivery style when rapping....

If anyone's put Chicago on the map rap-wise, it's Common and Kanye, although neither of them rep Chicago particularly hard in their songs
