I am going to agree with KenF - including the part about coherent language. I actually have no idea who IloveVectors is so nothing that he/she/it has said could have been that bad to make me raise up my head and go 'woah' or words to that effect.

And I don't plan on personally banning anyone here, other than people determined to be detrimental to the community (slamming members, obvious spamming, etc.)  

This is a very open community and we can tolerate people's opinions.

i can agree with this, who care about spelling,
ant punctiation and captializing, that something you save
for English Paper, or work, not some random people i dont know.

as for govt,  ask one the mods, they will tell you it wasnt me, because

i did point out that thread on some other place i post and maybe some
people took it upon themselves, but it was not my doing.
