[Perspective]

A traditionaly dish in Uruguay, "Chivito" roughly translates to "heart attack on a plate"... but damn it's tastey.

Beef topped with ham, cheese, a fried egg, and bacon. Served with salad and fries.

When I was in college, my roommate and I tracked how many beers we drank in a year.

in spanish (mexican spanish that is) a chivo is a male goat, so a chivito would be a baby goat - whatever they're called.

we actually thought it was baby goat when we read the menu (chivo is used for goat there too), but the waiter explained that it was cow. no se porque ellos usan esta palabra, raro.

it makes the dish a "healthier option" b/c it comes with a salad.  never mind all the fried stuff, its just garnish!

Lettuce is like 99% water anyways.  If it's iceberg lettuce I can't see any reason to keep putting it on stuff.
