Played racquetball Friday (lost. badly.)
Back to the gym today. I like going on Sundays because there's no one around. Didn't have much energy, but got through it. I failed on my last rep of my last set of flat bench, and was shaking. I don't think I had had enough to eat and probably too much caffeine (scrambled eggs, bacon, and coffee for breakfast)
15-Nov DB Bench 3x6x60 good weight
Incline Bench 3x6x35 good weight
Dips 3x6x10
Cable Flies 3x6x160 <-- Big time PR, but I think it was more because I used way less than I should have last time. This still felt pretty damn easy.
This week is going to be rough because I'm traveling for work (to Ludington) the first three days of this week. I know the hotel I'm staying at has a little gym, but I'm going to see if I can find a real one that I can buy a weekly pass or day pass or something.
