System's new stuff has been quite exellent...Mezmerize was awsome and I just got Hypnotize and its also awsome! Im happy they didnt turn shit like so many other bands. I love how they mix random ethnic music styles with metal...so great and unique.

I've always been a big SOAD fan. And I too was impressed with how well their latest turned out. Like you said bands usually turn out crap after they get to a certain acclaim, not true of these guys. Hopefully they will continue to put out music like this until they retire. I haven't been able to listen to both albums in their entirety yet, my brother bought them so I haven't been able to archive them yet.
