From the Mark Knopfler/Emmylou concert.
It was really good. He played all the cool songs off the new record. 'This is us', 'All the roadrunning', 'i dug up a diamond', 'Belle Star', 'if thiis is goodbye'. Emmylou played a few of her songs and Knopfler played a few of his. He did Romeo and Juliet (one of my favs) and a pretty cool version of 'Song for Sonny Liston'. I was really glad I got to see him live. There's a reason why he's one of my favorite artists, the guy is an amazing musician.
The band was really good too, all well known top notch players. The sound could have been a bit better but most of the folks were old so I guess the EQ is different from what us younger folk enjoy. A few songs in you didn't really notice it.
If he's coming to your town and there are tickets left you should definitely try to catch the show.
