Japanese zombie movie that's as outstanding as it is hilarious. It starts slowly and seemingly predictably enough, perhaps a tad boring but then it gets very funny very quickly. I've read that those involved in the film had a lot of fun making it and it probably shows. Nothing cerebral here(except zombie brain-blubber) but quirky, visceral action aplenty.
Melikes rating = seven fistfulls of dripping brain giblets out of ten.
