Pffft like there is a difference between MI and OH

The real difference is water and acceptable roads.  MI has lots of water.  Ohio does not have so much.  MI has no drivable (meaning non-ORV rated) roads.  Ohio has nearly perfect roads.  Thus pave Ohio because they do it so well.  Ohio also has a functional economy.  MI has the worst government leadership in the history of the US...NOT excluding the south in the Civil War.
