Why didn't the 911 dispatcher make sure she was off the road? "Is the car stopped? If the car is stopped you can take off your seatbelt." Yeah, but WHERE is the car stopped?!? I was waiting for the sounds of a crash at the end of the tape because she stopped in the middle of the road and put it in park.
