Windows Movie making/editing
« on: October 22, 2008, 02:53:27 PM »
I was wondering what you guys use for making/editing movies?  My wife is trying to put something together for a Christmas gift and she's used MS Movie Maker and Picasa 3 now and both are crashing at some point during the editing on my laptop at home.  All she's trying to do is string together a few videos and clip a few of them down to specific parts of the videos.

I think part of the problem is the laptop since it only has 512mb of RAM, so doing it on my desktop may fix the problem, but if there is better software (preferably free/open source) then I'd rather go that route.

Thanks.

Steve

Thanks, I'll give it a shot unless someone else chimes in.
