smelt

its been a while since I fried some smelt. Did about half pound of it tonight as a snack for "movie night". Came out pretty great. Try it bitches. I have a picture on fb.

1. wash the smelt
2. dump it in a zip lock with flour
3. 2 eggs and some milk; mix it
4. dip all the fish in the egg/milk mix
5. dump the smelt back in the flour zip lock
6. get a big frying pan and oil about 1/3inch high
7. once hot drop the smelt
8 about 3 minutes on each side
9.lemon
10.enjoy
