alright. Doing this shit again. My wife changed her work schedule pretty dramatically so that I can go to the gym again. So it begins.

It is annoying that she needs a drink of water later in the talk... but the content is interesting.  The argument is that it isn't really possible to set a new weight with dieting.  Once you have a weight setpoint, you will return to that someday when your willpower to undereat isn't there.

Alright. Just don't want you thinking that it's going too slowly. Sounds like you're on a great pace. You never know, but I have always heard there's a better chance it sticks if you don't go down too fast.
