I started out being able to do 10, so it was easy to progress to 20. i can do 20 overhand and 30 standard. pullups are really easy for me, the pushups are a whole different animal. my elbows hurt on standard pushups too which doesnt help

Yes I am familiar with why people do kipping pullups.  The point was that doing 20 of those is a lot different than doing 20 dead hang pullups.  This conversation is dumb.

Depends on the brand. The only tea I drink is decaf, and its lipton. I'm assuming you mean hot tea since you compared it to coffee, because I can't drink decaf tea from a bottle.
