181 this morning, ran a 5K with it raining sideways and temps in the high 40s.  Still beat my time from the other race even though the course was hilly as hell.  Not sure what my chip time was yet.

BB Bench: 1x15x135
Hammer Incline: 1x16x160 RP
DB Curl: 1x15x35 RP
Preacher: 1x11x70 RP
Pec Deck: 1x20x115
Curl Machine: 3x10x85

The 450lb dude at my office knows I'm doing low carb and admonished me when he saw me eating a piece of toast this morning. Thanks, fatass.

IYO Hammer work your forearms enough to dispense with forearm specific workout exercises?

When I say "hammer incline", I mean the machine made by Hammer Strength - it doesn't work your forearms at all.  I'm basically neglecting my forearms at this point

he was talking about doing dumbbell exercises with a hammer grip, where the dumbbells are pointing parallel to your body instead of perpendicular

yeah, same as a neutral grip but usually i hear that referring to barbell exercises or chinups

Decided to start Couch to 10K today.  Started in week 5 and I think that'll turn out to be just about right.  Run 3 minutes, walk 1, repeat 9 times.  It makes some weird graphs
