Also I'm continually pleasantly surprised that I look at the scale and I'm within a couple pounds either way of 180.  I ate like crap this weekend but was 180 on the nose when I weighed myself this morning.

5.4 miles Thursday, 0.02 miles today as I completely bit it and rolled my ankle a block from my house.  Fuck.

Looks like you were lucky to be so close to home.  How bad did it end up?  Best of luck, and please take care to support it long after you think it is healed.  Those repeat very easily after the first injury.

It feels like a sprain but who knows. I have hurt this ankle several times before but not since college. Currently icing it

That sucks! One of my ankles has been bothering me a bit lately too, I think it's from not stretching it before exercising.
