Topic: Ribs (not my recipe)

For my kid's second birthday party, my wife made these:

After cooking (she actually did closer to 3.5 hours) we chilled them in the fridge, then the next day I warmed them for 10 minutes or so over the barbecue. Everybody thought I was a genius for making ribs that melt in your mouth in ten minutes.
