Topic: Easy and good salad

Not going to calm that it is the best but it is tasty and good:

Handful of salad leaf mix (I'm lazy), I've been going with the 50/50 of Baby Spinach / Spring Mix
Carrot sliced
Green Onion
Stalk of Bak Choy
Pine Nuts
Top with dressing of your choice.  I've been going with vinegrets but last night did lemon juice and that was good.

My main observation is that it is really easy to make a huge salad with that so start with less of the stuff and add more.

I dunno why, RoD, but I actually laughed out loud when I read that.

I could eat nothing but salads and not have to worry about flying off for a long time

I'm not a big salad eater but once in a while i crave it. i'm more like Antipasto or Chicken Ceaser though. I like salad with meat lol

I like some salads.  Like RoD I will get a craving for one now and then.

Most restaurants have awful salads, but a few stand out.  Outback always has good salads, as does Olive Garden, Beef O'Brady's, and Macaroni Grill.

Salad Works but they are overpriced
