-heat nonstick pan
-toast buttered bread.
-take out buttered bread.
-put shredded cheese directly on top, cluster around center, but spread them enough so they melt uniformly.
-put whatever you want on top of cheese (I like mushrooms personally)
-put toast on top, buttered side on the cheese.
-fry until the cheese is golden.
-to plate cheese side up (obviously
) don't worry, the cheese will stick to bread.
-seasonings?
