Title: Baking a Pie
Post by: A Bit of Fruit on June 19, 2008, 06:33:25 AM: Tomorrow ill be baking a three berry pie (strawberry, raspberry, blueberry) and I was wondering if its OK to use puff pastry. Is there a different type of pastry that will make it more crunchy? Anybody know how to make that kind of pastry from scratch?
