wok
« on: August 09, 2010, 11:57:24 PM »
love my wok. Took me a while to learn how to use it effectively, but now it is invaluable with some dishes. I got a pretty decent quality stainless steele one from my Mom last birthday. Don't get the cheapo $7 from Ikea - friend had it and it last him less than half a year.

I'm making origin chicken now (for tomorrow's dinner). The secret is cornstarch and flower - double dipped. Fo show.

Not really, once every couple weeks or so.  Most of my Chinese is of the takeout variety

I'd say that's often.

I have (had?) a nice wok too, I love (loved?) it. Then my subletters burnt food in it and its lost its non-stickyness. Can't beat a wok for good stir fry though.
