I'm thinking I have room for another hobby (for now!) and making cheese has peaked my interest. Anyone ever tried it?
hey ethic if you and i were both courting lily allen..... oh wait, which one of us has a relationship that lasted more than the bus ride home?

So my colby jack came out pretty good. Its better than say Walmart, and for a first run I was happy. It went great with the homemade pepporoni that I made out of venison and thrn smoked.
