Title: Desperation - Stephen King

I finished this a while ago... just forgot to post it.  Good book.  Storyline is kinda out there, but what of King is ever "in there"?  I know I should read Regulators next, but I think I'm going to read Insomnia.

Oh, and they just showed a TV version of Desperation about 2 weeks ago.  What a piece of shit.

9/10 on the book
3/10 on the movie

Regulators is a real trip to read right after Desperation.  A lot of the same character names are around, but it's a totally different story, and the characters themselves are completely different.

edit: The Regulators is also not nearly as good as Desperation or Insomnia.
