Milanesa

Here's an easy way to imitate Argentinian milanesa (you can't really find the proper meat cuts in north america, unless you go to a bucher). It's basically breaded fried beef.

Need:
Fast Fry Steaks (the thinnest cut you can find, needs to be extremely thin)
Bread Crumbs (the dry kind you buy, not the stuff from the toaster)
Oil
One Egg
Parsely
Lemon

Heat oil in a frying pan, enough to submerge the meat. Mix bread crumbs and parsely on a plate. Dip meat in egg and cover in the bread and parsely mix. Fry, flipping half way through. (You can check that the oil is hot enough by dropping some bread crumbs in, they should sizzle away).

Serve with half a lemon, squeeze lemon over meet and eat. yum.
