I can't park behind the car as it would block the lane and I'm not that much of an asshole.  Unlike the guy who stopped in the lane which makes it really difficult to get into my spot and when there were a ton of open spots (uncovered) just 5 more feet away.

I wasn't blocking any lanes, it was pretty wide open.  Asshole?  I am the asshole in that situation?  You have to be kidding...

Dude I wasn't calling you an asshole.  I figured for your situation you could do it without blocking the lane.  In my situation I can't.

I was thinking of leaving a spike strip in my spot when I leave.  Except I'd probably forget and run them over myself.
