So last night for thanksgiving dinner, my aunt got a turkey without legs.  It was a very moist turkey because everything was able to cook through well without drying out, but there was no dark meat on it!  My brother was very sad he didn't get his turkey leg.

When a turkey is prepared butterfly style per the recipe I posted, you get the best of both worlds.  We tend to like the dark meat as much as the white meat.  As an added bonus the stuffing is better this way as well.

Plain turkey is alright, but I like the bustergophechiduckneaealcockidgeoverwingailusharkolanbler. turgooponducheasnishuaichuffguihagaga is pretty good too (I'm not a big fan of frog though)
