Easy Chicken Parmigiana

Skinnless Boneless Chicken Breasts
Pasta Sauce
Italian Shake n' Bake
One Egg
Mozarella Cheeze
Parmigian Cheeze

Coat chicken in egg and roll in the shake in bake (the chicken, not you). Completely cover the chicken. Place in a (glass) baking pan and cook at 350 for about 20 mins (2-3 breasts). Remove from oven, cover in pasta sauce (plenty), mozza cheeze (plenty), and a bit of parmigian cheeze. Cook for 10 more minutes.


You can also pound the chicken flat if your into that sort of thing.

Mmm... sounds good.

And pounding chickens is definitely my sort of thing.

I've done this before, works out very nicely. The only thing i did different, was i cooked zuchinni (spelling?) and layered it ontop of the sauce + parm cheese. Then i layered on some more sauce, and then baked :)
hey ethic if you and i were both courting lily allen..... oh wait, which one of us has a relationship that lasted more than the bus ride home?

I've done this several times - it works well
