Though spam sushi does sound a little weird...

Mmmm... You had to go and mention sushi.  After I went to Japan and ate it almost every day along with big ice cold beers.... I have been yearning for it ever since.

The only sushi place near me is 30 minutes away... and it doesn't really compare.  Still, I think I have to go tonight.

Yeah I have yet to find a good sushi place that compares to the ones in Okinawa in the 2 and half years I've been back.  All of them seemed to be filled with damn yuppies

Yeah... it is real yuppied here in the states.

In Japan, it was no big thing.  The sushi place I went to was under a train station.  People would just pop in for a bite to eat after work.  I loved it.

I get to go back in July.  I am going to eat my fill.
